MATCH INFORMATION

There are open matches every Saturday and Wednesday and the cost is £25.00 all in, paying overall, silverfish and section monies. Any one wishing to fish these matches should ring the viaduct on 01458 274022. Viaduct Fishery Match Rules

All anglers must have three fish friendly keepnets, two for Carp and one for silverfish. No more than 80lb of fish in a net.All keepnets and landing nets to be spread out on bank to dry and not introduced to the water until 5 minutes before the start of the match. Dry nets do not spread K.H.V.No high oil or trout feed pellets (coarse pellet only). Fishery approved pellet is avalible on site.2kg groundbait maximum allowed, to be fed through a feeder or pole cup only. Nuggets of soaked pellet / groundbait can be fed by hand but only at a maximum range of five metres.Coil or method feeders are banned. No candle or rattler floats.No fixed rigs including paternosters. All leads and feeders must be free running. No hooklengths shorter than 12 inches and no tucking or useing any other method for reducing hooklengths.Barbless hooks only, size 10 maximum.10 lb or 0.22 equivalent line is the maximum that can be used.No use of Braided type line of any description.No floating baits or floating poles.No nuts, beans , pulses or boilies.
